Saul Kotzubei (Los Angeles) teaches workshops, ongoing voice classes, and private clients in Los Angeles. He is a lead trainer for the Fitzmaurice Voicework® Teacher Certification Program – an approach to voice training that includes work with the body, breathing, voice and imagination to support actors in being truthful, spontaneous, and free in their work. He has taught Fitzmaurice Voicework at NYU’s CAP 21 Studio, New York’s Actors Center, and in workshops throughout the world. An actor with a Master’s degree in Buddhist Studies from Columbia University, Saul has a special interest in helping his students discover fruitful links between voicework and the acting process taught in Stuart’s studio. Saul is one of only eight certified Master Teachers of Fitzmaurice Voicework. He melds that approach with a number of other styles to address the specific needs of his students.
