Every new student begins with a short interview, no matter their experience or background. The interview is how we find the right place for you to succeed. It gives the director a chance to learn about your goals, your current needs, and where you are in your journey, so you land in a room with peers who share similar challenges. It’s also your chance to get to know us. We want every student to have all their questions answered before they start, even if you don’t think you have any. Often the most useful questions only come up once the conversation begins. The interview is not an audition or an evaluation. It’s simply the first step in making sure you’re set up for the strongest possible experience.
